Looks like he’s back in that barn from Listen.

what if that woman is his mother

I’m pretty sure there is a high chance she is either his mother, or other guardian. (grandmother, aunt, cousin, etc.)

Mostly because she bears a resemblance to the woman from Listen, who came into the barn when the child Doctor was upset:

(The barn door opens and we see two pairs of feet enter. The woman wears a long skirt with an apron over the top.)

No but spoiler alert, there’s literally a role in the finale named “The Woman”!!! Is it a version of the same character from The End of Time!? {x} I don’t think it’s the same actress but it appears they have a similar look. So idk

I’ve been assuming since the cast list that “the woman” is the Doctor’s mother.
