I haven’t seen Inside Out, but I gather it’s mostly people thinking “Since Pixar insists on all its couples being heterosexual to the point where they put eyelashes on inanimate objects to signify that they’re female, I’m going to to ship these two female characters, even if they’re just the manifestations of someone’s emotions.”
