I used the ‘spray alcohol on polish dripped in water’ method for this, the base is Elevation Polish – Wagagai, and the neon polishes used are Elevation Polish – Base of Huangshan(yellow), Models Own – Bubblegum(pink), FingerPaints – Pop Art Purple(purple obvs), and Nina Ultra Pro – Cobalt(blue)
