I watch every year. I look forward to it. I used to do the full-on Oscar Night… Pizza with friends and everyone guessed who would win. Now, I’m more relaxed by not guessing but also more anxious…where’s so and so who’s so obscure but I LOVE him and why don’t you ever show him??? *Insert Jack Davenport, David Tennant, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston, etc.* Plus, I’m totally looking forward to Seth Macfarlane.
Did you get very far in it? I watched like five minutes (my dad had it on longer, but mostly on mute) and Seth McFarlane opened his mouth and then I was just furious for the rest of the evening.
I took myself off to bed after the Les Mis cast performed- it was 3am by this point (and I had to be up at eight the next day, oh noes.) But oh god, Seth McFarlane annoyed me too.

I wish I could do that! But here the Oscars don’t finish til 4am at night, and most people have work the next morning…woe.
