People claim that all their songs sound exactly the same, but you could honestly claim that for a lot of bands/singers out there nowadays. I think the majority of people who hate them are honestly just band-wagoners. They think it makes them one of the cool kids, not because they have an honest dislike towards the band’s music. Nickelback themselves seem to take it all in stride. Or with wicked humor, if people are pushy. In fact, if anyone sends them a hate tweet, they generally respond to them in a witty, sarcastic way.

I don’t get it either. I love their stuff and their last album was excellent. I guess people like having something to hate, like furries.
