  • That ‘Moffat is not a misogynist’ quip in the intro for the award was…baffling. I can’t quite shake the feeling that Moffat asked them to put it in. Cos…it’s not really what I suspect Benedict Cumberbatch’s mind would jump to when asked to write an intro. And the BAFTA audience is unlikely to know (or, possibly, care) that Steven Moffat gets accused of misogyny a lot. So…bizzare. Very bizzare indeed.
  • People have been complaining about it, but I think Dominic West completely and utterly deserved the Best Actor. Can you imagine being inside the head of Fred West? Brrr.
  • I did like that Moffat described his wife as ‘the best and wisest woman I ever married’. That was sweet.
