I honestly don’t know how your laws work pertaining something of that nature, but the very thought of it screams wrong, discriminatory, and illegal to me.
I agree with some of the previous commenters–that sounds like discrimination. In the US at least I think it would be grounds for some sort of wrongful termination suit. Unless maybe you work somewhere like a factory where having a fit could be life-threatening?
