The other day I stumbled upon this blog entry. The story it tells is so sad, and I suspect it could have been easily prevented if more people knew what paracetamol does to you if you overdose. It isn’t a case of getting a stomach pump and going home, it’s a cry for help that ends up killing you, and it’s such a tragic waste.

Sad thing is there’s a mentality that says “it’s so easy to get, it can’t possibly be harmful”. It sucks and it’s a shame that it isn’t pointed out more often. Re: Terry Pratchett – immense news. As well as Chris Hoy.

I think Tescos and some other places don’t allow people to buy more than one packet at a time. Unfortunately, if you want them that badly you can just go to a different pharmacy and get them there… Ooh yes! Chris Hoy is also very deserving. :)
