Yeah, according to this comment. (Although my livejournal-fu is so weak I can’t find the actual support page. :p) I hope they put it right soon, cos now comments aren’t showing up on the ‘recent comments’ page either… :p
Are you sure you didn’t accidentally hit “junk” instead of “delete” the last time you were deleting comments sent from LJ? If you did, then Hotmail automatically blocks the e-mail account. Check your Blocked Users list, and see if “lj_notify@livejournal.com” is on there.

I had a look, it’s not on there…and it’s on my ‘Safe users’ list, too. :( Must be Hotmail, screwing up…
