Doctor Who: Fear Her -and THAT TRAILER
I don’t want to slate Fear Her, which was really quite good and interesting and deserves lots of fanfiction, but THAT TRAILER has taken over my mind right now, and everyone else’s too, I imagine.

DALEKS! Alright, we didn’t see them, but we saw the extermination-effect! And ghosts! And an evil female villain! And Torchwood! And OH PLEASE LET MICKEY BE BACK, PLEASE.

-Did anyone spot Fear Her’s Torchwood reference? I thought I heard it during the Olympic commentary…
-I love the idea of the abusive-father-drawing hiding in the wardrobe. I wish more had been made of that, since it was kinda the secondary plotline, I guess
-The Doctor lit the Olympic torch…damn, writing that it just occured to me. Torch wood.
That’s it, I’m afraid. Except that that trailer is still fantastic. Slow motion and Hollywoodish and everything! I want to go and look for screencaps.

Daleks??! Were there daleks? I thought they were pushing the Cybermen thing. Although yes, that was their effect though. Although it could be tech, found in Torchwood, used by the Cybermen. It did seem to be coming from the sky. But Jesus. If there are daleks and Cybermen, the Doctor is screwed! No wonder someone might die! Though I still don’t care so much about the Doctor or Rose (damn it), the beginning of that trailer was heart-stopping. Rose in the snow, holding her zip, talking about the ‘last story’. Whew. I can see that being the Face of a Thousand Wallpapers. And I hope Mickey is back, natch. AND THAT NOTHING TERRIBLE HAPPENS TO HIM! OH!
