I find the Minions hatedom far more annoying than the Minions are

I like Pierre Coffin, too (the guy who co-invented/voiced the Minions). He seems like a nice chap. I sincerely hope he’s enjoying his success…

The extreme popularity of “Minions” speaks to a culture that celebrates conformity and the subjugation of the underclass. Yes or no?
Haven’t looked at the Minions or Despicable Me closely enough to tell.
They’re small hapless yellow things made of roundness. They’re cute.
The Minions Movie is pretty sweet and inoffensive, really. (There’s even a moment near the end which is sort of weirdly touching.) I know there is currently no shop, street, surface or food product in the Western world which hasn’t been Minionized, but I reckon kids could do a lot worse.
