“There’s nothing he wants more than to beat Ramsay to death with his own fists. And then he sees his sister, who suffered at the hands of this man and he realizes that this person is not his to finish.” – GoT: Inside the Episode #9

Game of Thrones 5×09 recap: Okay, Now I’m Done
I know that the show’s mantra for about three seasons now has been, “If
you think this has a happy ending, you haven’t been paying attention.”
Which, alright, but now that’s turned into “If you think this has a
happy ending…we’ll introduce some more sexual violence and child
murder into proceedings to thoroughly disavow you of that notion.”
That’s no way to run a show, although it’s certainly a way to ruin one.
My last recap.
Game of Thrones 5×08 recap
Okay, I’ve been pretty critical of Game of Thrones recently (see, for example, last week), but that was a really really good episode, and very possibly my favourite of the entire show so far.
A far more positive GoT recap. See what you can do with no sexualised violence and an undead army?
(P.S. The subtitle is a VERY VERY WITTY reference to Terry Pratchett’s Johnny and the Dead, which no-one so far has got.)
