I’m actually more angry at the ministers defending him, using the emotionally manipulative “good father” reasoning as if everyone who was comploed with the rules THEY made, is a bad parent. As if many sick parents wouldn’t have loved to send their toddler to their parents.

We must remember is all of this that while there is a temptation to make Cummings the absolute villain, Boris Johnson and the cabinet are in charge, how they handle this is what matters. Do they care more about us or themselves?
