I got really curious about this and started tracking down the photos:
Superman – A guy in New York arrested for “failing to provide a permit to perform in public”. (And punching a female cop) Out of context the photo’s pretty funny, but his story isn’t..I don’t know what happened to him after that.
Elsa – A staged performance by an events company!
Ash Ketchum – Arrested at NYCC for being drunk and disorderly, apparently
Kakashi – Another staged one, it seems
Stormtroopers – Staged by the Philadelphia Police Department as a joke about spoiling The Force Awakens for people (ur, okay.)
Sasuke (?? help, I don’t know anime) – arrested for stealing at a convention, I think?
Ninja Turtle – (don’t ask me what one he is) – I got nothing, beyond “it happened in Russia and those guys are the OMON”
Annnnnd Thanos – Also a staged one!
