Nobody gets this and nobody gets how it can lead to a very scary place where you are completely unable to trust your recollection and a lot of people will take advantage of that when they realize it . It’s so hard.
And so many people take offence to you not being remember their names… Not even just ‘annoyed’, they get full on offended and yell at you
