Because my mom is an absolute garbage can, she wrote that contract up today and gave it to me.
If you’ve been following me for long enough, you know that the letter may seem helpful or innocent, but my mother is actually Satan reincarnate and has absolutely no regard for my well-being whatsoever. Her doing this is just another passive aggressive statement. This woman has made the past 18 (almost 19) years of my life a living hell and I want to leave as soon as I possibly can, preferably before December because I don’t want to humor her or give her a single penny of my earnings because she doesn’t deserve it.
If I find a job, or at least have some money to support myself until I do, I might be able to move in with my Aunt.
(Also, that savings thing is complete bullshit, I know she’s just gonna spend the money on stuff for her. ((and I can save my own money?????)) She’s also constantly stealing money from my sister for no reason.)
I have been trying for MONTHS (since I graduated in May) to get a job, but to no avail. My mental health makes it incredibly hard for me to find work, but I’m trying as hard as I can. It also gets incredibly discouraging when there have been 3 instances where I have almost had a job (one instance where I was actually told I was hired and then never received a call back?) only for something to happen and send me back to square one.
