*bitter laugh* sorry to butt in, i just wanted to say that in my language there is not a word for “ableism” so i have to say “discrimination in favor of able-bodied people”. it’s a very real thing but it has no name here :(

Man, that sucks. I wish people would just recognise it and add it to the list of “Things Decent People Don’t Do” rather than the list of “Things Decent People Totally Do If It’s Against Someone We Don’t Like”
