The first time I saw the ‘Queen who shall be…’ line on a Game of Thrones graphic, I assumed it was from some version or another of Snow White, because of the similarities of the ‘younger and more beautiful’ bit. (And Cersei is certainly a wicked queen.) So I was actually surprised as heck when it turned out to be in the books/show itself.
